Help Us Make Del Mar a Fantastic Tour

0918_04

The Walkabout Tour is coming to the Del Mar Fairgrounds in Del Mar, California, September 29th and 30th. The two-day event will offer an exciting line-up of training demonstrations that includes introducing a horse to obstacles and training a performance horse. While our team works hard behind the scenes to make the tour successful, we can’t do it alone – we need your help!

We’re looking for a horse with a longstanding trailer-loading problem to work with Clinton and his clinicians during the event. Clinton and his clinicians will train your horse to load confidently on the trailer during a training demonstration. If you have a horse that pulls back, rears up and takes hours to get on the trailer, we want to hear from you! Get all the details and fill out an application for consideration on our website.

Due to last-minute scheduling conflicts, we’re looking for a few volunteers to help us put the event on. The best volunteers are team players who have a great work ethic and upbeat attitude and are passionate about Downunder Horsemanship.

Volunteers must be available Thursday through Sunday to help our team. You’ll help us set up, tear down, and keep various aspects of the show running smoothly throughout the event.

If you’re interested in volunteering, please email April and Gordon at [email protected].

Get detailed information about the Walkabout Tour and purchase tickets on our website. Tickets are $25/weekend, and No Worries Club members receive five free tickets per year.
